About Palmetto Custom Metal, LLC.

We specialize in ornamental, decorative art and metal signage. We have full capabilities for metal work and are a Licensed Collegiate Manufacturer.

We have many proprietary designs as listed in our collections or our in-house artists can create anything, specifically for you or your company. We can cut up to 60″x 120″ in a single piece per request but we keep 48" x 96" in stock. We offer custom welding, fabrication, and finishing if needed. All of our artwork is powder coated.

Our Features

We use 12 and 14 gauge mild steel for most of our art and finish them by hand polishing. Most of our pieces are powder coated for a beautiful and durable finish. Our College and University pieces are finished in official school colors for a really fabulous look. Some pieces are finished in black for a more formal look. Pieces can be left uncoated so they can rust naturally. We also offer custom multi-color finishing in many instances. We can use a copper or pewter patina where appropriate. All College and University pieces are produced under License and are trademarked.

We have many propriety designs as listed in our collections. If you do not see something you like, just ask. We can almost certainly produce a piece to your specifications. Our in-house artist is talented and very creative and will work with you to make your dream a reality.

Our staff artist can design almost anything-in house. However, many companies specialize in creating unique designs which we can incorporate into our art. Frequently this results in a cost savings for you and a very professional result. FINISHES

Most of our pieces are finished in a baked-on very durable powder coat material. Powder coating is available in a variety of colors. Our most common are orange, black and clear. Occasionally, we use a copper patina. The patina coat is not suitable for outdoor use. For custom colors we can discuss that with you at the time of finalizing your custom order.
